We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in high-pressure environments where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. You'll operate across a portfolio of acquired products, each presenting unique challenges, transitioning them into a unified, scalable AWS environment while implementing monitoring and automation that genuinely reduces incident frequency.

This role isn't designed for someone content with maintaining existing infrastructure; it's built for someone who encounters an inconsistent, scattered environment and immediately envisions a superior solution.

You'll be accountable for everything from infrastructure migrations to AI-powered automation, performance optimization, database migration, and cost management. This means identifying and resolving existing issues, planning and executing smooth cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and automating significant portions of your workflow using AI/ML-driven processes. You'll hold genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure—no prolonged waits for sign-offs from stakeholders disconnected from the technical reality.
