Executive Coach   $150,000 USD/year

Description

  • On-site position in Atlanta, GA or Keller (Fort Worth), TX
  • $150,000 annual salary, disbursed weekly. Health benefits begin on day one
  • Relocating for the role? Assistance is provided

The greatest act of support for a student who achieves 99% is to withhold the label of 100%.

At Alpha, this principle isn't up for discussion—it defines daily operations. Academic learning happens through self-directed applications, not through traditional instruction. This structure allows you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating high-impact workshops covering public speaking, concentration, and feedback literacy. You will use live analytics to drive students toward complete goal attainment. You will mentor the Guides who serve alongside you. Your resources include performance data, a battle-tested framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You will take ownership of a student cohort and deliver three measurable results: students demonstrate genuine engagement with school, they progress academically at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they acquire practical competencies. Coaching fellow Guides begins immediately. As you consistently produce outcomes at scale, your authority to shape program standards campus-wide will expand.

Atlanta: Metro area rich in culture, temperate weather, and a cost structure more favorable than coastal markets.
Fort Worth: Zero state income tax, highly regarded school districts, and a family-oriented city with thriving culinary and arts communities.

Uphold the benchmark. Transform the learner. Submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating structured one-hour workshops addressing life competencies (public speaking, focus, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's operational playbook
  • Conducting motivational interventions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward architecture (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to ensure 100% student goal attainment
  • Mentoring Guides on adherence to program standards and enforcement protocols, with each coaching interaction yielding concrete action steps for improvement
  • Managing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously advancing the capabilities of other Guides
  • Monitoring student engagement metrics, objective completion percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or providing subject-matter tutoring. Academic content is delivered via applications.
  • Creating original curriculum or instructional designs. Alpha's existing playbook serves as your operational framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and relationship-building.
  • Granting accommodations when a student achieves 99% rather than 100%. Maintaining standards demonstrates your conviction in their capacity to reach full mastery.
  • Training Guides on pedagogical methods. Since Guides do not teach content, your coaching centers on presence, motivation systems, and accountability structures.

Key responsibilities

Execute Alpha's 3 Promises for all students within your assigned level: they demonstrate love for school, they achieve learning velocity twice that of traditional classrooms, and they develop authentic life skills.
