LOCATION NOTE: This role requires in-person attendance at our Austin, TX campus.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technology issues to organizing seamless events and maintaining campus security—all mission-critical work. What you will be doing

  • Managing daily campus operations—from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding, ensuring an uninterrupted learning environment.
  • Addressing technology issues directly: diagnosing problems, coordinating device migrations, and acting as the primary tech resource.
  • Preparing professional, well-organized event spaces and guaranteeing flawless execution.
  • Establishing credibility with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and exceptional support.
  • Maintaining campus security by implementing sound protocols, conducting drills, and enforcing safety measures.

  • Teaching or curriculum design—your emphasis is on operational performance, not instruction.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting on others to act—this position demands proactive ownership.
  • Operating independently—your success depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
  • Performing monotonous or routine tasks—this role provides diversity and substantial challenges.

Maintain smooth campus operations while fostering trust and providing outstanding service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot issues and handle operational logistics confidently
  • Familiarity with IT systems or technical support
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken Spanish and English
  • A strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to take initiative
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of operational management experience
  • Experience serving as a Google Administrator
  • Experience planning and executing events
