Description

Tired of education that confuses hours spent with results achieved? So are we.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're redefining what's possible in education. Our students complete rigorous academics in just two hours daily using AI tutors and mastery-based learning, freeing the rest of their day for real-world skill development. The results speak volumes: MAP scores in the top 1%, SAT averages above 1450, and students who finally have time to pursue their passions.

This isn't education with a digital veneer or progressive philosophy with technology sprinkled on top. We've built something fundamentally different—a system anchored in structure, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. We embrace assessment because excellence requires validation. We set the bar high because we know students rise to meaningful challenges.

If you believe mediocrity shouldn't be celebrated and that students deserve to be challenged rather than coddled, we need your voice. As our Director of Communications, you'll champion our vision across the country, articulating a bold alternative to the educational status quo.

You'll become the face and voice of our microschool revolution—leading events for discerning families nationwide, hosting compelling podcasts, crafting incisive content, engaging with media, and ensuring every external communication reflects our uncompromising standards. While supported by marketing and PR teams, you'll own the quality and consistency of our message with one clear objective: drive enrollment by demonstrating a better way forward.

Your influence will extend beyond initial outreach—you'll guide families through critical decision points, bolster enrollment teams, and shape messaging throughout the customer journey. More than just creating interest, you'll build the conviction that transforms curiosity into commitment.

Ready to challenge educational conventions and inspire families to expect more? This is your opportunity to lead that charge.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating high-impact, persuasive events that convert sophisticated families into 2HL advocates
  • Serving as 2HL's public ambassador across diverse media channels—from podcast interviews to conference keynotes
  • Providing strategic communication support throughout the enrollment journey when premium positioning is essential
  • Crafting compelling narratives around our exceptional student outcomes and performance metrics
  • Elevating all external content to meet the expectations of our discerning high-net-worth audience
  • Establishing and maintaining rigorous communication standards across all teams and touchpoints

What you will NOT be doing

  • Marketing conventional private education with superficial technological elements
  • Diluting our message to accommodate discomfort with high expectations
  • Tolerating substandard marketing materials or events—you establish excellence and ensure its delivery
  • Managing digital advertising campaigns, prospecting unqualified leads, or handling operational enrollment processes
  • Performing administrative school functions or curriculum development
