Description

Ready to be at the forefront of educational transformation? We're revolutionizing how students learn through AI-powered technology, and we need a dynamic Implementation Specialist to help us make it happen.

Imagine being the bridge between cutting-edge educational technology and the schools that need it most. Our platform achieves the extraordinary: students master their academics in just 2 hours daily, learning twice as fast while actually enjoying their educational journey. As our Implementation Specialist, you'll be the architect of success, ensuring schools seamlessly integrate this game-changing technology into their daily operations.

This is a remote position with a purpose - you'll work flexibly from anywhere in the US, blending virtual collaboration with meaningful on-site school visits. Starting in December 2025, you'll have the unique opportunity to build your legacy in educational innovation with a fresh start.

What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

  • Orchestrating seamless platform deployments that transform schools' digital infrastructure
  • Empowering educators through comprehensive training programs that turn tech-hesitant staff into platform champions
  • Being the trusted implementation guru for schools, providing both virtual and in-person guidance
  • Crafting clear, scalable documentation that paves the way for future implementations
  • Playing implementation detective - spotting potential hurdles before they become roadblocks

What you will NOT be doing

  • No sales pitches or cold calls - your focus is making our existing partners shine
  • Skip the basic tech support - you're here for strategic implementation leadership
  • Forget cookie-cutter processes - help us innovate our implementation strategies
  • This isn't a pure WFH role - you'll be hands-on in schools, making real connections

Key responsibilities

Your ultimate mission is to be the catalyst that turns schools into success stories. You'll create lasting partnerships by masterfully implementing our platform, cultivating confident users through expert training, and providing the ongoing support that helps students achieve unprecedented academic success.

Candidate requirements

  • A proven 3+ year track record of implementation or customer success excellence in SaaS or edtech
  • Tech troubleshooting prowess that would make IT professionals proud
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, system integrations, and keeping student data safe
  • The gift of making complex tech concepts crystal clear to non-tech audiences
  • Project management skills that keep multiple implementations running like clockwork
  • Self-motivated drive balanced with strong remote collaboration abilities
  • US-based with the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
