Description

Ready to be at the forefront of an educational revolution? We're on a mission to transform how students learn through cutting-edge AI technology, and we need a dynamic Implementation Manager to help make it happen.

Picture this: A learning platform so effective that students achieve twice the results in just 2 hours per day – while actually enjoying their educational journey. As our Implementation Manager, you'll be the architect of success, ensuring schools seamlessly integrate this game-changing technology into their daily operations.

Working from anywhere in the US, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of remote flexibility and meaningful on-site impact. With a December 2025 start date, you'll have the runway to wrap up your current commitments and join us ready to make your mark. If you're passionate about education, tech-savvy, and love seeing your work directly impact student success, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

  • Orchestrating smooth platform deployments, from technical setup to SIS integration
  • Empowering educators through comprehensive training programs
  • Being the go-to implementation guru for schools, providing both virtual and in-person support
  • Creating crystal-clear documentation to scale our success
  • Playing detective by monitoring implementation health and addressing potential roadblocks before they become obstacles

What you will NOT be doing

Let's be clear about what this role isn't:

  • No sales pitches or cold calling - your focus is making our existing partners shine
  • Not your typical help desk role - you're a strategic implementation leader
  • No cookie-cutter processes - you'll help innovate our implementation strategies
  • Not a fully remote position - you'll be hands-on at schools, making real connections

Key responsibilities

Your overarching mission is to transform educational institutions into thriving, long-term partners. You'll achieve this by masterfully orchestrating platform implementations, delivering impactful staff training, and providing strategic support that drives exceptional student achievement.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will bring to the table:

  • A proven 3+ year track record in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within SaaS or edtech
  • Tech troubleshooting superpowers and system configuration expertise
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data privacy principles
  • The ability to translate 'tech speak' into plain English for non-technical users
  • A black belt in project management and detail orientation
  • Independent drive while being a stellar remote team player
  • US-based with enthusiasm for up to 50% travel
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
