We're seeking an exceptional Education Technology Consultant who can architect flawless implementations of our AI-powered learning platform that delivers extraordinary results—students learn twice as fast while actually enjoying school.

As the technical cornerstone of our school partnerships, you'll orchestrate end-to-end implementation success through precise platform configuration, strategic staff training, and ongoing optimization. Your expertise will directly enable our platform to achieve its full potential: students mastering academics in just 2 hours daily.

This remote position (US-based) combines the flexibility of virtual work with purposeful school visits, placing you at the forefront of educational transformation. Starting December 2025, you'll step into complete ownership of our implementation excellence—with ample time to transition from your current role.

What you will be doing

  • Engineer precise technical deployments for new school partners, including sophisticated SIS integrations, data migration, and launch orchestration
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs that transform school staff into platform experts capable of driving exceptional student outcomes
  • Provide strategic implementation guidance through virtual consultations and on-site visits as schools' dedicated technical authority
  • Develop comprehensive implementation documentation that scales our deployment methodology across the organization
  • Analyze implementation metrics to identify optimization opportunities and preemptively address potential challenges

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing sales targets or prospecting activities—your focus is exclusively on implementation excellence
  • Managing routine technical support tickets—you'll lead strategic implementations that drive transformational outcomes
  • Following prescriptive implementation playbooks—you'll help architect our evolving methodology
  • Working in isolation—you'll regularly engage with schools on-site to ensure implementation success

Key responsibilities

Transform educational institutions into exemplary, sustainable partnerships by orchestrating flawless platform implementations, delivering transformative staff training, and providing strategic ongoing support that consistently produces exceptional student achievement.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles within SaaS or education technology environments
  • Proven technical troubleshooting capabilities and system configuration expertise that ensures seamless platform adoption
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SaaS platforms, complex system integrations, and enterprise-grade data privacy protocols
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible guidance for non-technical educators
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with meticulous attention to implementation details
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to execute independently while contributing to a distributed team environment
  • US-based with capacity to travel up to 50% for on-site implementation activities
  • Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
