Traditional schools often teach at students rather than alongside them—a model that limits potential.

Alpha Schools replaces conventional lectures and textbook instruction with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with personalized mentorship. Students advance according to their own capabilities. Your role is to guide them toward uncovering their unique strengths, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.

We seek accomplished individuals eager to apply their performance mindset toward repairing an ineffective educational framework. You won't spend time grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark intellectual engagement, and demonstrate that learning becomes limitless when students take ownership of their educational journey.

Phoenix: Over 300 days of sunshine annually, an active outdoor culture, and cost-effective living.
Austin: A thriving technology center featuring rich cultural offerings, abundant green spaces, and a diverse culinary landscape.
Fort Worth: A welcoming, community-focused city experiencing rapid growth in arts, dining, and commerce.

Shape learning. Embrace development. Submit your application today.
