What you will be doing
- Building trust and mentoring K-8 students, cultivating a mindset of limitless potential
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational pathways—students advance at their own speed while you facilitate discovery
- Creating and leading life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for lasting success
- Cultivating a culture rooted in curiosity, ambition, and growth—guiding students to recognize their unique strengths and interests
What you will NOT be doing
- Teaching core academic subjects
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven public speaking ability, with a track record of engaging and energizing diverse audiences
- A genuine desire to connect with, inspire, and motivate students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Houston, TX; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT
- Ability to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
