Traditional education models often teach at students rather than empowering them as active participants in their own learning.

Alpha Schools is redefining K-8 education by replacing conventional lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with personalized mentorship. Students advance according to their individual readiness. Your role is to guide them in uncovering their potential, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.

This position is designed for high-caliber professionals who are committed to transforming a system in need of reform. You will not be grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that student-directed learning removes traditional barriers to achievement.

Phoenix: Over 300 days of sunshine annually, with access to outdoor recreation and a low cost of living.
Austin: A thriving technology and innovation center featuring rich cultural offerings, abundant green space, and a celebrated culinary landscape.
Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-centered community experiencing rapid growth in the arts, dining, and commerce sectors.
