What you will be doing
- Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and fostering a mindset of limitless possibility
- Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational trajectories—students advance at individualized speeds while you facilitate exploration
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering areas such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration to equip students for long-term success
- Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and personal development—supporting students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven public speaking ability, with a track record of engaging and motivating audiences
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
