What you will be doing
- Serving as a mentor to K-8 students by establishing trust and cultivating a mindset of unlimited potential
- Leveraging AI-powered adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys—students advance at their individual speed while you facilitate exploration
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering topics such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration that equip students for long-term achievement
- Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated public speaking capabilities with proven ability to captivate and energize groups
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
