This position is designed for driven professionals eager to apply their energy toward repairing a flawed educational model. You will not be grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that education thrives when students take ownership of their learning journey.

What you will be doing
- Building meaningful relationships with K-8 students through mentorship, establishing trust and fostering a mindset of unlimited potential
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to create individualized educational pathways—students move at their own speed while you facilitate exploration
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
- Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, aspiration, and development—supporting students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven public speaking capabilities, with demonstrated experience engaging and energizing audiences
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
- Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
