What you will be doing
- Building meaningful relationships with K-8 students as a trusted mentor, cultivating confidence and fostering a growth-oriented mindset
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys—students advance at individualized rates while you facilitate their exploration
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term achievement
- Nurturing an environment of curiosity, ambition, and continuous development—supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and passions
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven public speaking abilities, with demonstrated capacity to captivate and energize diverse audiences
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
