Traditional education systems often teach at students rather than alongside them—a model that leaves many children behind.

Alpha Schools is transforming that approach. We've replaced conventional lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with personalized mentorship. Students advance at their individual pace. Your role is to guide them toward uncovering their unique strengths, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.

This position is designed for high-caliber professionals ready to redirect their talent toward repairing a failing system. You will not be grading assignments or adhering to standardized curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark intellectual engagement, and demonstrate that education becomes boundless when students take ownership of their learning journey.

Guide learning. Embrace growth. Submit your application today.
