Traditional education often teaches at students rather than engaging them as active participants in their own learning.

Alpha Schools is transforming this model by replacing conventional lectures and textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with mentorship at the peer level. Each student moves forward at an individualized pace. Your role is to guide them toward recognizing their unique strengths rather than delivering standardized lessons.

We're seeking high performers who are ready to direct their ambition toward repairing a fundamentally broken system. You won't spend time grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that education becomes limitless when students take ownership of their journey.

Phoenix: Over 300 sunny days annually with an active outdoor culture and cost-effective living.
Austin: A thriving technology center featuring rich cultural experiences, abundant green areas, and an exceptional dining landscape.
Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-centered community experiencing rapid growth in arts, culinary offerings, and commerce.

Guide learning. Embrace growth. Submit your application today.
