Do you believe every student should read at or above grade level, yet find yourself frustrated by ineffective systems that squander their potential?

At Alpha School, we demonstrate that literacy breakthroughs can happen without 6-hour school days. Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI-adaptive technology with expert teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and facilitate brief, focused reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in expanding this program to campuses across the country.

This role is not about administrative paperwork or lesson-plan templates. It centers on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading system that serves thousands of students effectively.
