Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI-adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading progress. Your role: create and execute workshops that generate quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in replicating that program at campuses nationwide.

What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating personalized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching approaches and identify actionable patterns
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
