Do you believe that every child should read at or above grade level, yet find yourself frustrated by ineffective systems that squander their promise?

Alpha School demonstrates that literacy transformation does not demand 6-hour instructional days. Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with specialist-led instruction to accelerate reading achievement. Your role: create and facilitate brief, high-impact reading workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the expansion of that model to campuses nationwide.

This is not about completing lesson-plan documentation. It is data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading framework that serves thousands of students.

Lead learning. Love growing. Apply now.
