What you will be doing
- Building meaningful relationships with K-8 students through mentorship, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset of unlimited potential
- Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to create customized educational trajectories—students advance at individual speeds while you facilitate their exploration
- Creating and delivering life-skills workshops focused on essential competencies (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that equip students for sustained achievement
- Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, aspiration, and development—supporting students in recognizing their unique talents and passions
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Proven public speaking capabilities, including the ability to captivate and energize diverse audiences
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
- 3 year's experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
