Traditional schools often teach at students rather than working alongside them—does this model truly serve their needs?

Alpha Schools is redefining education by replacing conventional lectures and textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with mentorship at the peer level. Students move forward at a pace that suits them. Your role is to help them uncover their capabilities, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.

This position is designed for high achievers seeking to apply their talents to reforming an inadequate system. You will not be grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that education becomes boundless when students take ownership of their learning journey.

Phoenix: Over 300 days of sunshine annually and an active outdoor culture paired with cost-effective living.
Austin: A technology-driven city featuring rich cultural offerings, abundant green areas, and a thriving culinary landscape.
Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-focused community experiencing rapid growth in arts, dining, and commerce.
