You will serve as the catalyst, mentor, and tactical architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing everything from playbook development and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What you will be doing
- Coaching and building capability within a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Developing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and approaches to overcoming obstacles
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and outcomes
- Personally coaching a select group of students, demonstrating advanced motivational and coaching techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Developing lesson plans – your Guides enable student learning through adaptive applications; your emphasis is on equipping them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
- Conducting uninspiring training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Candidate requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related domain.
- Proven track record creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and energize high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.
