You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback system design, and demonstration of exceptional facilitation techniques.

What you will be doing
- Developing and training a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards
- Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution approaches
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
- Directly coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching methodologies
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides facilitate student learning via adaptive applications; you concentrate on developing them as outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential development sessions

Candidate requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related domains.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Established leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth populations (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
