You will serve as the driving force, the mentor, and the architect of our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who do more than instruct; they ignite curiosity. What you will be doing
- Developing and coaching a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system at an exceptional standard
- Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing operational challenges
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and performance
- Personally coaching a select group of students, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; your priority is equipping them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising expectations – when our benchmark for success is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that standard
- Conducting uninspiring training sessions – you will mentor Guides through dynamic, energized, experiential development
Key responsibilities
Develop and coach a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha system at an exceptional standard.
Candidate requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related domains.
- Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5-18) within educational or developmental settings.
- Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
