Description

Join a revolutionary education movement at Alpha, where your visionary leadership will redefine student success and elevate the future of learning.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the training and development of Alpha Guides to ensure exceptional implementation of our innovative learning system.
  • Crafting comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for dynamic facilitation and effective student engagement.
  • Providing ongoing, impactful feedback to Guides to enhance student outcomes and engagement.
  • Mentoring a select group of students, showcasing exemplary coaching and motivational techniques.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Drafting traditional lesson plans – your role is to empower Guides to excel using cutting-edge adaptive technology.
  • Compromising on standards – you will uphold the highest expectations to ensure every student's success.
  • Conducting mundane training sessions – your coaching will be interactive, energetic, and inspiring.

Key responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the Alpha learning system, ensuring unparalleled educational excellence and student success.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to on-site work in Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
