What you will be doing
- Leading the training and development of Alpha Guides to ensure exceptional implementation of our innovative learning system.
- Crafting comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for dynamic facilitation and effective student engagement.
- Providing ongoing, impactful feedback to Guides to enhance student outcomes and engagement.
- Mentoring a select group of students, showcasing exemplary coaching and motivational techniques.
What you will NOT be doing
- Drafting traditional lesson plans – your role is to empower Guides to excel using cutting-edge adaptive technology.
- Compromising on standards – you will uphold the highest expectations to ensure every student's success.
- Conducting mundane training sessions – your coaching will be interactive, energetic, and inspiring.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the Alpha learning system, ensuring unparalleled educational excellence and student success.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Experience with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to on-site work in Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
