Alpha is committed to transforming education – and we need a visionary leader to unlock exceptional opportunities for our students. If you excel at developing high-performing teams and are deeply passionate about innovative youth development, this position offers a chance to drive meaningful change.

This role provides both the autonomy and resources to elevate our advanced learning methodology. Grounded in learning science and supported by adaptive technology, we are reshaping educational possibilities. Your expertise is essential to realizing this vision.

You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who do more than teach; they inspire. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

Consider merging your elite coaching capabilities with a hands-on commitment to youth development. Consider guiding a team that ensures our students not only succeed but flourish – discovering latent talents and essential life skills. If you have shattered benchmarks, revitalized struggling initiatives, or accomplished the "impossible," you belong here.

Why join Alpha?

  • Competitive compensation - we believe education careers should not require financial sacrifice
  • Comprehensive benefits and time off - we value our people and provide a robust benefits package plus paid leave
  • Culture of growth and learning - we exemplify the growth & learning we ask of our students, offering coaching, training, and pathways to leadership
  • Relocation support available for highly qualified applicants

If you understand what it takes to build an elite team, then come to Alpha and help us transform education!

What you will be doing

  • Training and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class precision
  • Developing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, creating engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
  • Delivering regular, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
  • Directly coaching a small cohort of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivation techniques

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising standards – if our passing grade is 100%, your role is to uphold that benchmark
  • Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential learning

Key responsibilities

Train and cultivate a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class precision.

Candidate requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
