What you will be doing
- Architect and implement world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
- Design and maintain comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that accelerates Guide performance and student achievement
- Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching and motivation techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the content, you focus on developing extraordinary facilitators
- Compromising on excellence – we maintain 100% as our standard, and you'll ensure we reach it
- Running conventional training sessions – your approach will be dynamic, innovative, and results-driven
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
- Significant experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Must be based in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
