Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable growth in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support nationwide expansion of this program across our campuses.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational programming through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student performance metrics to adjust teaching strategies and identify practical insights
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that empower early elementary students to reach grade-level reading competency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of published curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attuned to student engagement patterns within these systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
