Do you believe that all children should read at or above grade level, yet find yourself frustrated by failing systems that squander their promise?

Alpha School is demonstrating that literacy transformation does not demand 6-hour school schedules. Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI-adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce rapid reading progress. Your role: create and facilitate brief, focused reading workshops that generate measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners—then support our efforts to replicate that program across multiple campuses nationwide.

This is not about administrative paperwork or lesson plans. It is about instruction guided by data, partnership with technology teams, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students effectively.

Lead instruction. Embrace growth. Apply today.
