Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to accelerate reading development. Your role: create and implement focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then assist in scaling this program to campuses nationwide.

This position focuses on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading framework that serves thousands—not administrative paperwork.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
  • Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
  • Reviewing student performance data to optimize teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
  • Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms using classroom evidence
  • Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency

What you will NOT be doing

  • Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum structures—students engage with academic content via AI-adaptive applications

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
  • Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-built curricula
  • Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Availability to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
