Your role: create and implement workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support our efforts to expand that program to campuses nationwide.

What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and generate actionable insights
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that empower early elementary students to reach grade-level proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student engagement patterns
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
