Your role: create and implement focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then assist in scaling this program to campuses nationwide.

What you will be doing
- Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to optimize teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms using classroom evidence
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
What you will NOT be doing
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum structures—students engage with academic content via AI-adaptive applications
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-built curricula
- Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
