Traditional schools often teach at students rather than engaging them as active participants in their own learning.

Alpha Schools has built a model that replaces conventional lectures and printed textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning platforms and peer mentorship. Students advance according to their individual readiness. Your role is to guide them toward self-discovery and personal strengths, not to deliver pre-written lesson plans.

We seek high-performing individuals ready to apply their capabilities to transforming an outdated educational system. You will not spend time grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark curiosity, and demonstrate that student-owned education removes the ceiling on learning.

Austin: A technology-driven city offering rich cultural opportunities, outdoor areas such as Zilker Park, a diverse culinary landscape, and over 300 days of sunshine annually.

Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-centered community with expanding arts, dining, and commerce sectors. Cost of living is accessible, and Texas culture is genuine.

Scottsdale (Phoenix): Over 300 sunny days per year and an outdoor-focused lifestyle paired with reasonable living costs and a flourishing arts community.

Guide learning. Embrace growth. Submit your application today.
