• Commitment to working on-site at our vibrant Austin, TX campus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children ages 4-8 in educational settings, after-school programs, sports coaching, or related environments
• Demonstrated success implementing growth mindset principles and high-performance coaching techniques
• Genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI and advanced technologies into the learning experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
