Traditional schools often teach at students rather than engaging them as partners in their own learning.

Alpha Schools has reimagined education by replacing lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive platforms and mentorship rooted in peer collaboration. Each student moves forward at a pace that fits them. Your role is to guide discovery and help students recognize their own potential—not to deliver pre-scripted lessons.

We seek high performers ready to direct that energy toward repairing a system that no longer serves its learners. You will not be grading assignments or following rigid curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark curiosity, and demonstrate that when students take ownership of their learning, there are no limits.

Austin: A technology-driven city featuring rich culture, outdoor areas like Zilker Park, an exciting culinary landscape, and over 300 sunny days per year.

Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-centered community experiencing rapid growth in arts, dining, and commerce. Affordable living with genuine Texas character.

Scottsdale (Phoenix): Over 300 days of sunshine annually and an outdoor-oriented lifestyle, paired with accessible cost of living and a flourishing arts community.

Guide learning. Embrace growth. Submit your application today.
