You will serve as the catalyst, the coach, the strategic architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. What you will be doing
- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional proficiency
- Authoring Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution strategies
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to maximize student engagement and achievement
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become exceptional facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that benchmark
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development
Key responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional proficiency.
Candidate requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
