Join us at Alpha and lead the charge in transforming education across the nation. As an Elite Coach, you'll earn a competitive $150,000 salary, with top-tier benefits from day one and relocation support to one of our vibrant locations.

What you will be doing

  • Leading and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with excellence.
  • Crafting detailed Guide Playbooks to outline best practices and innovative learning strategies.
  • Delivering regular, impactful feedback to boost Guide performance and student success.
  • Mentoring a select group of students to showcase expert coaching techniques.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans – your role is to empower Guides to excel using adaptive technologies.
  • Compromising standards – excellence is non-negotiable.
  • Conducting mundane training sessions – expect dynamic, hands-on coaching experiences.

Elevate the Alpha learning system by training and developing exceptional Guides to achieve unparalleled educational excellence.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in education, coaching, or related fields with a proven track record of innovation.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth aged 5-18.
  • Data-driven mindset to enhance decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Availability to work on-site in designated U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
