You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What you will be doing
- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
- Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive apps; your role centers on training them to become exceptional facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, hands-on learning experiences

Candidate requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
- Proven experience creating and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis and applying metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
