What you will be doing

  • Leading innovative workshops: Create and deliver sessions that leave students amazed at their own abilities. From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll impart actionable skills that inspire.
  • Facilitating daily motivation: Kickstart each day by helping students set and achieve powerful goals with the right mindset.
  • Nurturing student success: Implement proven strategies to help every student achieve lofty academic and personal objectives.
  • Designing motivational strategies: Collaborate with students to develop rewards and incentives that drive self-motivated excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional teaching: Say goodbye to chalkboards and lectures. At Alpha, students master core subjects using advanced apps, and your role is to guide and elevate their learning journey.
  • Enforcing discipline: We use logic and positive reinforcement to foster a respectful and engaging environment, not punishment.

Candidate requirements

  • Ability to work in person in Brownsville, TX, with relocation assistance available.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience with a growth mindset to achieve high performance.
  • High energy and enthusiasm to uplift others.
  • Passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8 students.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
