What you will be doing
- Designing and Leading Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that spark student realization of their own potential. Cover practical skills from public speaking to entrepreneurship that motivate and inspire.
- Facilitating Daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by guiding students to establish meaningful goals and cultivate the mindset to achieve them.
- Driving Student Achievement: Apply established frameworks to ensure all students reach ambitious academic and personal milestones.
- Developing Personalized Motivational Plans: Collaborate with students to create reward systems and incentives that encourage independent pursuit of excellence.
What you will NOT be doing
- Conventional classroom instruction: Leave behind chalkboards and lectures. Alpha students master core content through advanced educational apps—you'll guide, inspire, and enhance their learning experience.
- Punitive discipline: We reject punishment-based approaches. You'll employ logic and positive reinforcement to build a respectful, dynamic learning environment.
Candidate requirements
- Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
- High level of energy and a desire to boost others up.
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
