Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Austin, TX campus. Relocation assistance is available.

Ready to transform your athletic excellence into educational impact? At Sports Academy, powered by 2hr Learning, we're revolutionizing the intersection of sports and education. We're seeking a dynamic force who can channel their competitive spirit into inspiring the next generation of scholar-athletes.

Picture this: You're not just sharing stories of your athletic journey - you're actively shaping young minds to understand that the same principles that create champions in sports build leaders in life. Our innovative educational approach combines the precision of mastery learning with the passion of athletic excellence, creating an environment where students don't just learn - they thrive.

If you believe that every sprint, every practice, and every competition holds a lesson that transcends sports, we want to hear from you. Here, your athletic background becomes the foundation for inspiring academic excellence and personal growth in ways traditional education never could.

What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

Following conventional teaching methods - your role is to inspire and guide students to become self-directed learners and problem-solvers.

Watching from a distance - you'll be actively involved in students' athletic and academic journeys, leading by example.

Implementing rigid, standardized approaches - your success comes from understanding and adapting to each student's unique motivations and needs.

Key responsibilities

Your mission is to be the catalyst that transforms young athletes into well-rounded champions - in sports, academics, and life. You'll cultivate an environment where determination, strategic thinking, and resilience become second nature to our students, preparing them for success far beyond their athletic careers.
