Description

Ready to Transform Education with AI? The Traditional Classroom is Dead.

At 2 Hour Learning, we've weaponized AI to shatter educational limitations. We're not enhancing the classroom—we're replacing it. Our students don't just succeed; they dominate with multiple AP 4s and 5s and achieve two-year growth in single academic cycles. No teachers required.

If you're bold enough to architect the future of learning when others are still debating whether AI belongs in education, we need to talk.

What you will be doing

  • Design and evolve our AI-driven learning ecosystem that consistently delivers measurable results exceeding traditional education models
  • Engage directly with students across multiple campuses to gather critical insights and rapidly implement improvements
  • Extract actionable intelligence from learning platform data to create targeted interventions that accelerate student achievement
  • Lead a culture of rigorous experimentation where decisions are validated by data and outcomes, not opinions
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate academic insights into seamless product enhancements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Digitizing traditional classroom experiences. We're building something entirely new, not recreating what already fails millions of students.
  • Analyzing data from an ivory tower. You'll regularly engage with K-12 students, treating their feedback as mission-critical intelligence.
  • Seeking permission to innovate. You'll drive transformation based on results, not consensus.
  • Following educational orthodoxy. You'll pioneer new approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction without legacy constraints.
  • Defending against AI advancement. Here, you'll harness AI as the primary catalyst for educational revolution.

Key responsibilities

Drive measurable excellence in teacher-less, AI-powered education across multiple campuses by synthesizing data analytics with direct student engagement to continuously optimize our learning ecosystem, with success defined by exceptional AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in education or EdTech environments
  • Proven application of AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
  • Experience designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Advanced understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Established track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact projects
