As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind an educational revolution that's rewriting the rules of student achievement. You'll harness cutting-edge AI technology to create personalized learning experiences that adapt in real-time, all while working directly with students across multiple campuses to ensure our innovations translate into real-world success.

What you will be doing

  • Design and evolve a groundbreaking AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable, exceptional student outcomes
  • Connect with students through virtual platforms to gather crucial insights and feedback that drive system improvements

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the development and optimization of our AI-driven, teacher-free learning platform across multiple campus locations. Success in this role means leveraging data analytics and direct student feedback to continuously enhance our educational ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth rates.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven track record in education or EdTech leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
  • Hands-on experience with AI systems for adaptive learning, content generation, or data analysis
  • Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Excellence in communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong track record in cross-functional team leadership and project management
