What you will be doing

  • Identify underlying trends in student performance data through AI analysis, converting these discoveries into approaches that transform mathematics instruction and comprehension.
  • Develop optimized math exercises and instructional materials with AI assistance, delivering each learner the appropriate challenge precisely when needed to enhance progress.
  • Build AI-driven learning sequences that adjust dynamically, rendering advanced mathematical topics approachable and compelling for learners across all proficiency levels.
  • Partner with education and AI professionals to expand the scope of innovation in mathematics instruction, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional math programs or performing administrative functions—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of mathematics teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience teaching mathematics or developing math curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding abilities in any programming language
  • Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
