What you will be doing

  • Identify concealed patterns within student learning data through AI, converting these discoveries into strategies that fundamentally change how mathematics is instructed and absorbed.
  • Develop optimized math problems and instructional materials using AI, guaranteeing that each student encounters the appropriate challenge at the optimal moment to enhance learning velocity.
  • Create AI-driven learning sequences that adjust dynamically, rendering challenging mathematical ideas approachable and compelling for students across all proficiency levels.
  • Work alongside a team combining education and AI specialists to expand the limits of mathematics instruction, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
  • Convert complex mathematical theories into clear, AI-enriched content that students both comprehend and find engaging.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional math programs or performing administrative functions—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of mathematics instruction and learning.
  • Operating independently—you will join a collaborative team advancing the frontiers of AI in mathematics education.
  • Emphasizing theory detached from real-world use—each algorithm you create will have direct influence on student learning and mathematical comprehension.

Key responsibilities

Produce quantifiable enhancements in student mathematics learning results via AI-supported analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x increase in concept mastery speed across multiple mathematical subjects and grade levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience teaching mathematics or developing math curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding abilities in any programming language
  • Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
