What you will be doing

  • Identify concealed patterns within student learning data through AI, converting these discoveries into approaches that transform mathematics instruction and comprehension.
  • Develop optimal math exercises and instructional materials using AI, guaranteeing each learner receives appropriate challenges at precisely the right moment to enhance their progress.
  • Create AI-driven learning sequences that adjust dynamically, rendering sophisticated mathematical concepts both accessible and compelling for students across all ability levels.
  • Work alongside a collective of education and AI specialists to expand the frontiers of mathematics education, directly shaping the learning experience of thousands of students.
  • Convert complex mathematical theories into comprehensible, AI-enriched material that students both grasp and become enthusiastic about.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional math programs or performing administrative duties—this position focuses on innovation and strategic enhancement of mathematics instruction and learning.
  • Operating independently—you'll join a collaborative team expanding the possibilities of AI in mathematics education.
  • Concentrating on theory divorced from practical use—each algorithm you create will immediately influence how students comprehend and learn mathematics.

Key responsibilities

Generate quantifiable enhancements in student mathematics learning results through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in concept mastery across diverse mathematical domains and grade levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience teaching mathematics or developing math curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding abilities in any programming language
  • Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
