Description

Do you recognize patterns in quantitative data that escape others? Consider applying that ability, along with advanced AI tools, to transform mathematics instruction for millions of learners. At 2 Hour Learning, we are building—not simply envisioning—the next generation of math education.

We are looking for a mathematics specialist to lead our work in reshaping how math is taught through sophisticated data analysis, AI-driven innovation, and comprehensive subject knowledge. Your objective? To accelerate student mastery of mathematical topics—from foundational arithmetic through advanced calculus—by a factor of two.

If you are committed to using AI to address concrete challenges in mathematics education, derive satisfaction from discovering insights that change how students grasp and use mathematical ideas, and are motivated by the opportunity to influence the trajectory of math instruction, we invite your application. Join us in expanding the boundaries of K-12 mathematics education. Apply today to become part of the learning transformation at 2 Hour Learning.

  • Build AI-driven learning sequences that adjust dynamically, rendering sophisticated mathematical ideas approachable and compelling for learners across all proficiency levels.
  • Work alongside education and AI specialists to expand the frontiers of mathematics education, directly influencing the academic progress of thousands of students.
  • Translate complex mathematical principles into clear, AI-enhanced materials that students comprehend and find genuinely engaging.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional math programs or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic advancement in mathematics instruction.
  • Operating independently—you will collaborate within a forward-thinking team advancing AI applications in math education.
  • Prioritizing theory over practice—every algorithm you create will have direct consequences for how students learn and comprehend mathematics.

Key responsibilities

Lead measurable enhancements in student mathematics learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x increase in concept mastery speed across diverse mathematical topics and grade levels.

Candidate requirements
