What you will be doing
- Preparing materials, equipment, and spaces for interactive workshops and dynamic sessions.
- Providing essential support to our academic staff, ensuring seamless delivery of our educational programs.
- Facilitating and actively monitoring student engagement, ensuring each child thrives in their educational journey.
- Coordinating schedules and managing smooth transitions between sessions.
- Learning from visionary leaders who are transforming the future of K-12 education.
What you will NOT be doing
- Simply observing from the sidelines; you'll be directly involved in empowering students.
- Handling tasks beyond your scope, such as lecturing or emotional coaching; those are reserved for our expert Guides.
- Engaging in work that lacks purpose; your role is key in shaping young minds and contributing to their growth.
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Commitment to an on-site role at our Miami campus.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM); full-time options available.
- Proven experience working with children.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for interacting with kids.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
