- Pay: $30 per hour ($60,000 salary + benefits for full-time)

What you will be doing
- Preparing equipment, materials, and spaces for sessions and workshops.
- Supporting academic staff in their daily activities.
- Monitoring and facilitating student engagement.
- Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules.
- Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K-12 education.
What you will NOT be doing
- Observing passively: You won't simply supervise or remain in the background; you'll actively engage in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
- Becoming overwhelmed: You are not required to lecture, lead full classes, or provide emotional coaching (yet); those responsibilities belong to the Guide.
- Performing tasks without purpose: This role goes beyond a typical job. You will contribute meaningfully to helping children thrive and develop, ensuring every hour you invest truly counts.

Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's promises to students: guaranteeing academic achievement, cultivating life skills, and developing a genuine love for learning.
Candidate requirements
- Available to work in person at our Miami campus.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time position available.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Approachable, kid-friendly demeanor.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
