Your role: create and implement focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then scale that framework across multiple campuses nationwide.

This role is not about lesson-plan administration. It centers on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading curriculum that serves thousands of students effectively.

What you will be doing

  • Implementing focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
  • Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
  • Examining student performance data to improve instruction and generate actionable recommendations
  • Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on instructional outcomes
  • Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

What you will NOT be doing

  • Conducting 90-minute classes or adhering to conventional curriculum—students engage with academic content through AI-adaptive applications

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
  • Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
  • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond effectively to student behaviors within those systems
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Willing to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
