Do you hold the conviction that every child should achieve grade-level reading proficiency—or exceed it—yet find yourself frustrated by ineffective systems that squander their promise?

Alpha School is demonstrating that transformative literacy outcomes do not demand 6-hour school days. Through our 2-Hour Learning framework, we combine AI-driven adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading progress. Your charge: create and implement workshops that generate quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for students in early elementary grades, then support the expansion of this program to campuses across the country.

This role is not about administrative lesson templates. It centers on evidence-based teaching, collaboration with technology teams, and constructing a reading initiative capable of serving thousands of learners.

Lead instruction. Embrace development. Submit your application today.
