RTI Coordinator   $150,000 USD/year

Description

Are you ready to revolutionize K-12 education with a cutting-edge AI-driven Multi-Tiered System of Support? Join us as we redefine student support nationwide, achieving remarkable learning outcomes through innovative technology.

We are a stealth startup in search of a seasoned MTSS expert who has a proven track record in district-wide intervention framework implementation and management. Your extensive knowledge of MTSS processes, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration will be critical in guiding districts to embrace this advanced approach.

Our state-of-the-art framework leverages sophisticated AI to automatically assess needs, deliver precise interventions, and accelerate learning. Your educational expertise will be key in facilitating the transition to this superior method of ensuring student success.

If you're an MTSS leader eager to amplify evidence-based interventions with pioneering technology, we would love to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing district-wide implementation strategies to achieve widespread adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Conducting dynamic professional development sessions that empower educators to embrace our solution with confidence
  • Tracking implementation progress and evaluating student performance data to help districts reach their objectives
  • Collaborating with district leaders to navigate challenges and enhance their student support initiatives
  • Facilitating on-site training that fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating custom solutions instead of utilizing our standardized and effective approach
  • Concentrating on post-implementation rather than ensuring successful adoption
  • Getting bogged down in paperwork instead of driving impactful outcomes
  • Focusing on a single district instead of implementing across multiple school systems

Key responsibilities

Elevate student success by ensuring districts effectively implement our AI-driven MTSS framework, leading to significant improvements in learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in MTSS/RTI coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
  • Proven experience in implementing full MTSS frameworks across multiple districts or schools
  • Expertise in managing intervention documentation, compliance processes, and progress monitoring systems
  • Successful history of coordinating between general education, special education, and intervention teams
  • Experience in training and coaching groups of 50+ educators on intervention frameworks and systems
  • Proficient in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently to successful completion
  • Must be located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
