Description

You're the implementation specialist who can deploy MTSS Level 3 interventions across several public school districts—not just within a single campus. You design district-tailored rollout plans, facilitate professional development that genuinely shifts classroom practice, and establish continuous support structures that resolve challenges on the first pass. You measure adoption and learner outcomes with precision, convert that intelligence into actionable steps, and continuously refine protocols so subsequent implementations are swifter and smoother. Your command of MTSS/RTI is thorough, you navigate K-12 environments fluently, and you earn educator confidence while maintaining disciplined project timelines.

We are systematizing a high-impact, Level 3 intervention and scaling it through technology so districts achieve measurable student progress sooner, with reduced friction. This means fewer custom consulting engagements and more replicable successes. If you prefer building repeatable frameworks over relying on "heroic effort," this opportunity delivers: a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial team that prizes autonomy and expects you to influence how the intervention expands.

This is not a district-based MTSS coordinator position centered on navigating a single system's internal dynamics. It's a cross-district implementation role scaling a standardized, results-focused solution. It's also distinct from traditional EdTech implementation coordination; your metrics are adoption quality and student results. Unlike a private-K12 customer success manager stewarding individual accounts, you're establishing an intervention program across public districts, demonstrating its effectiveness, then streamlining replication.

You'll collaborate with product and operations teams, translate field insights into enhancements, and become the person districts recall when implementations succeed and students advance. If you can architect and execute customized timelines, facilitate training sessions people genuinely want to join, extract truth from usage and performance data, and refine processes without awaiting approval, step forward. The ideal candidate will see themselves reflected here and should apply.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and executing district rollout plans that maximize adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Facilitating compelling professional development that equips educators with confidence and enthusiasm for our solution
  • Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance metrics to ensure districts meet their objectives
  • Collaborating with district leadership to navigate obstacles and refine their student support systems
  • Conducting on-site training experiences that cultivate strong partnerships with critical stakeholders

What you will NOT be doing

  • Building bespoke, one-time solutions instead of deploying our validated, standardized methodology
  • Concentrating on post-rollout account management rather than ensuring successful adoption
  • Getting mired in administrative tasks instead of producing meaningful results
  • Serving a single district rather than scaling across multiple school systems
