Description

You're an operator who can deploy MTSS Level 3 interventions across multiple public school districts—not just a single site. You design district-tailored rollout plans, deliver professional development that genuinely shifts educator practice, and establish sustained support structures that resolve issues on the first pass. You monitor adoption and student outcomes with precision, translate data into actionable next steps, and continuously refine the process so each subsequent launch is smoother and faster. You understand MTSS/RTI inside and out, communicate fluently in the K-12 context, and build educator trust while maintaining strict project timelines.

We are standardizing a high-impact Level 3 intervention and scaling it through technology, enabling districts to achieve measurable student improvement more quickly and with less friction. This means fewer custom consulting engagements and more replicable successes. If you thrive on building repeatable systems that beat "heroic effort" approaches, this role delivers: an innovative, entrepreneurial team that prizes autonomy and expects you to influence how the intervention scales.

This is not a single-district MTSS coordinator position focused on internal politics. It's a multi-district implementation role centered on scaling a standardized, results-focused solution. It's also distinct from a typical EdTech implementation coordinator; your metrics are adoption quality and student outcomes. Unlike a private K-12 customer success manager stewarding individual accounts, you're launching an intervention program across public districts, validating its effectiveness, and streamlining the replication process.

You will collaborate with product and operations teams, convert field insights into enhancements, and become the person districts credit when implementation succeeds and student progress follows. If you can craft and execute customized timelines, facilitate training sessions educators actually want to attend, extract truth from usage and performance data, and refine processes without waiting for approval, this role fits. The right candidate will see themselves in this description and should apply.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing district-specific implementation plans that maximize adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Facilitating compelling professional development that equips educators with confidence and enthusiasm for our solution
  • Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance data to confirm districts meet their objectives
  • Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives
  • Conducting on-site training that cultivates robust relationships with critical stakeholders

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating bespoke, one-time solutions rather than deploying our validated, standardized methodology
  • Concentrating on post-launch account management instead of ensuring successful adoption
  • Drowning in administrative tasks rather than producing tangible results
  • Supporting a single district instead of rolling out across multiple school systems

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
