What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing strategic district implementation plans to maximize adoption of our MTSS framework.
  • Delivering dynamic professional development sessions that inspire and empower educators to embrace our solution.
  • Monitoring implementation progress and evaluating student performance data to ensure districts meet their educational goals.
  • Collaborating with district leaders to navigate challenges and enhance student support programs.
  • Conducting on-site training sessions to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating custom solutions instead of leveraging our proven, standardized approach.
  • Handling post-implementation account management instead of focusing on successful adoption.
  • Getting bogged down in administrative tasks instead of achieving impactful outcomes.
  • Working with a single district rather than expanding across multiple school systems.

Key responsibilities

Ensure districts successfully implement our AI-powered MTSS framework, driving measurable improvements in student learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles, such as MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, or Special Education Program Administrator.
  • Proven track record of implementing MTSS frameworks across multiple districts or schools.
  • Expertise in managing intervention documentation, compliance processes, and progress monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating between general education, special education, and intervention teams.
  • Experience in training and coaching groups of 50+ educators on intervention frameworks and systems.
  • Ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.
  • Located in the United States with the ability to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
