MTSS Coordinator   $150,000 USD/year

Description

Are you a visionary MTSS leader ready to revolutionize student support through cutting-edge AI technology? We're a groundbreaking startup on a mission to transform K-12 education with an AI-powered MTSS framework that enables students to master curriculum at twice the normal pace.

Our stealth-mode company is seeking an exceptional MTSS professional who has mastered the art of district-wide intervention implementation. While our approach leverages advanced AI rather than conventional frameworks, your expertise in MTSS processes, compliance requirements, and cross-functional coordination will be invaluable as we help districts embrace this educational evolution.

Our revolutionary platform reimagines student support through sophisticated artificial intelligence that seamlessly identifies learning gaps, delivers precision interventions, and accelerates academic growth. Your educational implementation expertise will be the bridge helping districts transition to this next-generation approach to student achievement.

If you're passionate about scaling evidence-based interventions through innovative technology and transforming how schools support student success, we need to connect.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and implementing strategic district rollout plans that ensure high adoption rates of our innovative MTSS framework
  • Creating and conducting dynamic professional development sessions that inspire educator confidence and enthusiasm
  • Tracking implementation metrics and analyzing performance data to verify districts are meeting their academic targets
  • Collaborating with district leadership to navigate challenges and maximize the impact of their student support initiatives
  • Facilitating impactful on-site training that builds lasting relationships with educational stakeholders

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating bespoke solutions that deviate from our research-backed, standardized implementation model
  • Shifting focus to ongoing account management after implementation instead of driving successful adoption
  • Getting lost in administrative tasks rather than focusing on meaningful student outcomes
  • Limiting your impact to a single district instead of implementing across multiple educational systems

Key responsibilities

Elevate student achievement by guiding districts through successful implementation of our AI-powered MTSS framework, resulting in quantifiable improvements in academic performance and learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in MTSS/RTI coordination (such as MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, or Special Education Program Administrator)
  • Demonstrated success leading comprehensive MTSS framework implementations across multiple educational settings
  • Proficiency managing intervention documentation, ensuring compliance, and overseeing progress monitoring systems
  • Proven ability to facilitate effective collaboration between general education, special education, and intervention specialists
  • Successful history training and mentoring large educator groups (50+) on intervention methodologies and systems
  • Demonstrated capability managing complex, multi-stakeholder educational initiatives independently from conception to completion
  • Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 30% for in-person training sessions
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
