Description

You're the implementation specialist who can deploy MTSS Level 3 interventions across multiple public school districts, not a single building. You design district-aligned rollout plans, facilitate professional development sessions that genuinely shift educator practice, and establish continuous support structures that resolve issues on first contact. You monitor adoption metrics and student outcomes with precision, translate findings into actionable improvements, and continuously refine the process so subsequent implementations are faster and more efficient. You understand MTSS/RTI frameworks thoroughly, communicate effectively within K-12 environments, and you build credibility with educators while maintaining disciplined project schedules.

We're systematizing a high-impact, Level 3 intervention and deploying it through technology so districts achieve quantifiable student growth faster, with reduced complexity. That translates to fewer one-off consulting engagements, more scalable successes. If you're drawn to creating replicable systems that surpass "heroic effort," this is where your work matters: an innovative, entrepreneurial team that prizes independence and expects you to influence how the intervention expands.

This is not a traditional district MTSS coordinator position centered on one system's internal dynamics. It's a cross-district implementation position that deploys a standardized, results-focused solution. It's also not a conventional EdTech implementation coordinator role; your success metrics are adoption integrity and student results. Unlike a private-K12 customer success manager, you're not managing discrete accounts; you're establishing an intervention program across public districts and demonstrating its efficacy, then streamlining the replication process.

You'll collaborate with product and operations teams, convert field insights into enhancements, and become the person districts associate with successful implementations and measurable student progress. If you can architect and deliver customized rollout schedules, facilitate training sessions educators actually value, extract actionable intelligence from usage and outcome data, and refine workflows independently, join us. The ideal candidate will see themselves in this description and should submit their application.
