Description

You're an operator who delivers MTSS Level 3 implementation across public districts, not single schools. You design district-tailored plans, facilitate professional development that shifts educator practice, and establish support structures that resolve issues the first time. You monitor adoption and student outcomes with precision, translate data into actionable steps, and continuously improve the process so each rollout is more efficient. You have deep MTSS/RTI expertise, understand K-12 systems, and can build educator trust while maintaining disciplined project execution.

We're standardizing a high-impact Level 3 intervention and scaling it through technology to help districts achieve measurable student gains faster, with reduced complexity. This means fewer custom engagements and more replicable success. If you value building scalable systems over one-time heroics, this role delivers: an innovative, entrepreneurial team that grants autonomy and expects you to influence how the intervention expands.

This isn't a single-district MTSS coordinator position navigating internal politics. It's a cross-district implementation role scaling a standardized, results-focused solution. It's also not a typical EdTech onboarding coordinator; your metrics center on adoption quality and student performance. Unlike a private-K12 customer success manager nurturing individual accounts, you're launching an intervention program across public districts, demonstrating impact, then streamlining replication.

You'll collaborate with product and operations, convert field insights into refinements, and become the trusted name districts associate with successful implementation and student progress. If you excel at crafting and executing customized timelines, leading training that educators genuinely value, extracting truth from usage and outcome data, and improving processes without seeking approval, this role fits. The ideal candidate will see themselves in this description and should apply.

What you will be doing

  • Creating and executing implementation plans tailored to each district that maximize adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Facilitating professional development sessions that equip and inspire educators to use our solution effectively
  • Tracking implementation milestones and interpreting student performance data to confirm districts meet their objectives
  • Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support systems
  • Conducting on-site training that strengthens relationships with essential stakeholders

What you will NOT be doing

  • Building bespoke, one-time solutions instead of deploying our validated, standardized framework
  • Concentrating on ongoing account management rather than ensuring successful initial adoption
  • Drowning in administrative tasks instead of producing tangible results
  • Supporting a single district instead of scaling implementation across multiple systems
