What you will be doing

- 2+ years of leadership experience in MTSS/RTI coordination or program administration
- Demonstrated success in implementing MTSS frameworks across multiple educational environments
- Strong background in intervention documentation, compliance management, and progress monitoring
- Excellence in facilitating collaboration between general education, special education, and intervention teams
- Proven ability to train and inspire 50+ educators in adopting new intervention systems
- Track record of independently managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- U.S.-based location with willingness to travel up to 30% for hands-on training delivery
