Implementation Manager   $150,000 USD/year

Description

Are you passionate about revolutionizing K-12 education? We're a cutting-edge startup that's redefining Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) through the power of artificial intelligence. Our groundbreaking framework is helping students master curriculum at twice the normal pace, and we need a visionary Implementation Manager to help us scale this transformation across school districts nationwide.

Picture yourself at the intersection of educational expertise and technological innovation, where your deep understanding of MTSS frameworks meets state-of-the-art AI solutions. We're operating in stealth mode, building something extraordinary that's set to reshape how districts approach student support and intervention.

This isn't just another edtech role – it's an opportunity to pioneer the future of personalized learning. Our AI-powered system automatically identifies student needs, deploys targeted interventions, and accelerates academic progress with unprecedented precision. If you're an MTSS veteran who's ready to lead districts into the next generation of student support, let's connect.

What you will be doing

Your mission will be to orchestrate successful implementations that transform how districts support their students:

  • Craft and execute strategic implementation roadmaps that ensure high adoption rates and maximum impact
  • Design and deliver dynamic professional development sessions that inspire confidence and enthusiasm in educators
  • Leverage data analytics to track implementation success and optimize student achievement outcomes
  • Build strong partnerships with district leadership to navigate challenges and enhance student support programs
  • Conduct powerful on-site training that creates lasting relationships and drives sustainable change

What you will NOT be doing

To maintain focus on what truly matters, you won't be:

  • Creating bespoke solutions - our standardized framework is built for scalability and proven success
  • Managing existing accounts - your focus is on driving successful initial adoption and implementation
  • Drowning in paperwork - we prioritize impactful actions over administrative busywork
  • Limited to a single district - you'll be driving transformation across multiple school systems

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to catalyze educational transformation by expertly implementing our AI-powered MTSS framework across districts, ensuring measurable improvements in student learning outcomes and academic achievement.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in MTSS/RTI coordination or program administration
  • Demonstrated success in implementing MTSS frameworks across multiple educational environments
  • Strong background in intervention documentation, compliance management, and progress monitoring
  • Excellence in facilitating collaboration between general education, special education, and intervention teams
  • Proven ability to train and inspire 50+ educators in adopting new intervention systems
  • Track record of independently managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • U.S.-based location with willingness to travel up to 30% for hands-on training delivery
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
