Description

You are the implementation specialist who can deploy MTSS Level 3 interventions across multiple public school districts—not simply within a single building. You design district-tailored rollout plans, deliver professional development that genuinely shifts instructional practice, and establish sustainable support structures that resolve issues on the first pass. You monitor adoption metrics and student outcome data with precision, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and continuously refine processes to make subsequent deployments faster and more efficient. Your expertise in MTSS/RTI is comprehensive, your fluency in K-12 environments is authentic, and you build credibility with educators while maintaining disciplined project execution.

We are standardizing a high-impact Level 3 intervention and leveraging technology to scale it, enabling districts to realize measurable student progress more rapidly with reduced complexity. This means moving away from bespoke consultation toward repeatable, proven implementations. If you thrive on constructing replicable systems that surpass "heroic individual efforts," this opportunity delivers: an innovative, entrepreneurial environment that grants autonomy and expects you to influence how the intervention expands.

This is not a position as an MTSS coordinator embedded in one district's internal dynamics. It is a cross-district implementation role designed to scale a standardized, results-focused solution. Nor is it a traditional EdTech onboarding coordinator; your success metrics center on implementation fidelity and student achievement. Unlike a private-sector K-12 Customer Success Manager stewarding individual client relationships, you are launching an intervention program across public districts, validating its effectiveness, and streamlining replication.

You will collaborate closely with product and operations teams, convert field insights into program enhancements, and become the trusted partner districts recall when rollouts succeed and student performance improves. If you excel at designing and executing customized timelines, facilitating training that participants value, extracting truth from usage and outcome data, and refining processes autonomously, this role is yours to claim. The ideal candidate will see themselves reflected in this description and should apply immediately.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing tailored district implementation roadmaps that maximize adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Facilitating professional development sessions that equip educators with confidence and enthusiasm for our solution
  • Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student outcome data to confirm districts meet their objectives
  • Collaborating with district leadership to resolve obstacles and refine their student support initiatives
  • Conducting on-site training that cultivates enduring relationships with critical decision-makers

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating bespoke, one-time solutions rather than deploying our validated, standardized methodology
  • Concentrating on post-launch account stewardship instead of ensuring successful initial adoption
  • Becoming mired in administrative tasks at the expense of driving tangible results
  • Supporting a single district instead of scaling implementation across numerous school systems

Key responsibilities

Drive transformational student achievement by ensuring districts effectively implement our AI-powered MTSS framework to produce measurable gains in learning outcomes.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
