What you will be doing
- Architect and execute precision implementation plans that drive high adoption rates across diverse district environments

- Strategically partner with district leadership to overcome adoption barriers and optimize student support programs

- Creating one-off customizations that undermine our standardized, evidence-based methodology
- Managing established accounts instead of driving successful new implementations
- Processing administrative paperwork that doesn't directly impact student outcomes
- Limiting your influence to a single district when you could be transforming multiple school systems simultaneously
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 2 years in MTSS/RTI program leadership roles with demonstrated expertise in intervention frameworks
- Proven track record successfully implementing complete MTSS frameworks across multiple educational environments
- Mastery of intervention documentation, compliance requirements, and progress monitoring systems
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively between general education, special education, and intervention teams
- Exceptional training capabilities, having successfully prepared 50+ educators at a time on intervention systems
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects through successful completion
- Based in the United States with capacity to travel up to 30% for strategic on-site implementation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
