With 25 new campuses planned for launch by the close of 2025, each begins with a critical first step: the admissions process. That's your domain.

This is not a transactional enrollment funnel. It's a bespoke, concierge-level experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. You'll shepherd families through the entire admissions lifecycle—from initial inquiry to seamless transition—delivering personalized, premium service throughout. Your focus: qualifying prospects, guiding thoughtful decision-making, and leveraging AI to eliminate administrative drag so you can invest in what truly drives results: trust, relationships, and conversion.

What you will be doing

  • Guiding assigned families through the complete admissions lifecycle with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through targeted questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven intelligence.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent engagement, scheduling, and ongoing communication—ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint, regardless of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine workflows, and minimize manual overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid scripts or formulaic procedures—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays—you won't be constrained by interdepartmental bottlenecks or waiting for external approvals to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the family's trusted advisor from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national campus expansion.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion success (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM expertise (preferably HubSpot) and experience overseeing multi-phase prospect journeys from initial contact through conversion.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and strategic workflow management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—including documentation accuracy, proactive follow-up, CRM maintenance, and intuitive judgment around confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
