Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-enabled platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are projected to open 25 campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with one critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

This role delivers a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional process driven by forms and templates. You will shepherd the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families, from initial contact through to transition, providing concierge-grade service throughout. You will assess inquiries, support families in their evaluation, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what drives results: connection, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Evaluating incoming inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-powered insights.
  • Serving as the central liaison for all parent engagement, coordination, and outreach—ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate communications, and minimize repetitive effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from templates or inflexible frameworks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles—you will not be constrained by interdepartmental sign-offs or dependencies on external parties.
  • Outsourcing family engagement—you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-driven role with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • History of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-stage processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Established capability with AI tools, automation frameworks, and workflow optimization.
  • Verified ability to maintain impeccable attention to detail—encompassing documentation, follow-through, and CRM accuracy.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
