You are not here to close a sale. You are building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

At Alpha, students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing real-world capabilities such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are projected to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single interaction: the admissions process. This is your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-level experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional workflow or scripted outreach. You will shepherd the complete admissions journey for your assigned families from initial inquiry to program handoff, providing white-glove service throughout. You will screen inquiries, support families in their decision-making, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what truly drives success: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Guiding the complete admissions experience for your families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Screening inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communication, scheduling, and all follow-through — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate outreach, and minimize manual workload.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Becoming entangled in bureaucracy — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependent on others for execution.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted advisor from initial contact through completion.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic development, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience overseeing multi-stage processes from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation workflows, and task prioritization strategies.
  • Established ability to execute details with precision — including documentation accuracy, timely follow-ups, and CRM maintenance.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends in accordance with family availability.
