Alpha students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-driven learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing essential real-world capabilities: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. By the close of 2025, we are projected to open 25 additional campuses, and each begins with a critical first step: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

This role delivers a premium, personalized experience designed specifically for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — it is not about processing forms or following scripts. You will oversee the entire admissions process for your assigned families, from initial contact through transition, ensuring concierge-quality service throughout. Your responsibilities include qualifying prospects, supporting families as they evaluate their options, and deploying AI-driven tools to handle administrative tasks so you can prioritize what truly drives results: connection, trust, and enrollment.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your designated families with professionalism, compassion, and precision.
  • Evaluating incoming inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the main liaison for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through — providing a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Utilizing AI-powered platforms and CRM technology (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate outreach sequences, and minimize manual processes.

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — success in this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be hindered by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others for execution.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the consistent, trusted contact throughout the entire journey.

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion results (examples include admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic fundraising, executive recruiting).
  • Proven history of managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Confirmed ease with AI technologies, automation systems, and workflow optimization.
  • Established capability to handle details with precision — covering documentation, follow-up sequences, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
