This role is not about pitching a product. It's about building trust with families who are making a deeply consequential decision about their child's future.

Alpha enables students to complete their core academics in just two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the rest of their day to building real-world capabilities—entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each campus begins with one critical element: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This is a concierge-level, highly personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a volume-driven process or a call script. You will be accountable for the entire admissions lifecycle for your assigned families, from initial contact through final handoff, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they navigate their choices, and deploy AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what truly drives results: connection, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from affluent and ultra-affluent parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of accountability for all parent engagement, appointment coordination, and follow-through—ensuring a seamless, premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, trigger automated sequences, and minimize repetitive workload.

  • Operating from templates or inflexible procedures—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks—you won't be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others to move things forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the consistent, trusted advisor from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with documented success in conversion metrics (such as admissions consulting, high-end sales, donor relations, or executive talent acquisition).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with grace and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-touchpoint processes from inquiry through closure.
  • Proven facility with AI tools, automation platforms, and strategic workflow management.
  • Strong organizational discipline—impeccable handling of records, follow-up cadences, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with legal authorization to work; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
