Alpha enables students to complete core academics in just two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, freeing time to develop critical real-world competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. With 25 new campuses planned by the close of 2025, each location's success begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This role centers on delivering a premium, concierge-style experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not transactional workflows or scripted outreach. You will guide the complete admissions journey for your assigned families, from initial contact through final transition, ensuring white-glove service throughout. Your focus: qualifying inquiries, supporting decision-making, and deploying AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can prioritize relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Shepherding the entire admissions process for your families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound interest from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, scheduling, and ongoing engagement—ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate routine follow-up, and minimize manual effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid scripts or procedural checklists—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays—you won't be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable contact from introduction through completion.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience overseeing multi-stage journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Proven aptitude with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
  • Confirmed ability to maintain flawless attention to detail—including record-keeping, follow-through, and CRM accuracy.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
