Admissions Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Your role isn't to pitch an institution. It's to build confidence with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they'll ever make.

Alpha students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-powered learning systems, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We're set to open 25 additional campuses before 2025 ends, and each launch begins with one critical interaction: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

You'll be delivering a bespoke, high-touch service model designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not processing applications or following scripts. From initial inquiry to enrollment handoff, you'll shepherd each family through their entire journey, providing concierge-grade attention at every milestone. Your work includes lead qualification, decision support, and intelligent use of AI systems to eliminate administrative burden so you can concentrate on what drives results: connection, credibility, and conversion.

If you want a position where premium service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI is foundational, not fashionable — submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your assigned families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Screening inbound interest from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic inquiry, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of accountability for parent engagement, meeting coordination, and follow-through — maintaining a white-glove standard in every interaction.
  • Applying AI-enabled platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, streamline outreach, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from templates or fixed procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and relational acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you won't be constrained by multilayered sign-offs or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the central contact from start to completion.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-driven position with quantifiable conversion metrics (examples include admissions, high-end sales, donor engagement, executive talent acquisition).
  • History of managing complex or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-phase processes from inquiry through commitment.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI solutions, process automation, and task sequencing.
  • Established capability to execute flawlessly on operational details — documentation accuracy, timely follow-up, and CRM maintenance.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with current work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours based on family availability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or authentic interest in transforming education systems.
