Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr

You're not here to pitch an institution. You're building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will ever make.

At Alpha, students complete core academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing real-world competencies including entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This role delivers a premium, personalized experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional process or formulaic outreach. You will manage the entire admissions lifecycle for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing concierge-grade service throughout. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they make their decision, and deploy AI tools to handle administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what truly drives outcomes: relationships, conversions, and credibility.

You'll be the catalyst that transforms a hesitant parent into a passionate champion, and the professional a family acknowledges when their child flourishes. If you're seeking a position where premium service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI represents a foundational principle rather than marketing language, apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the central contact for all parent interaction, coordination, and ongoing communication — providing a white-glove experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI solutions and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate engagement sequences, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible frameworks — success in this role demands judgment, refinement, and emotional acuity.
  • Becoming entangled in bureaucracy — you will not face layers of cross-functional approvals or depend on others to drive progress.
  • Coordinating campus visits, open house events, or admissions programming — your influence stems from direct engagement, not event management.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-engagement role with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from initial lead through closure.
  • Established confidence using AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization strategies.
  • Verified capability to execute details impeccably — encompassing documentation, follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive discernment regarding confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor relations — sectors where confidentiality and sophistication are essential.
  • Pre-established connections or presence within affluent family networks.
  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 private education or EdTech.
