This role is not about selling an institution. It's about earning the confidence of families who are navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

Alpha students complete their core academics in just two hours daily through AI-enabled platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to building practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are scaling to 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each campus begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions experience. You will be responsible for that experience.

This is a premium, high-touch service model designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or call script. You will own the complete admissions pathway for your assigned families from initial contact through final transition, providing concierge-quality engagement at every stage. You will assess incoming interest, shepherd families through their evaluation process, and deploy AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what drives outcomes: trust, relationship-building, and conversion.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions pathway for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the dedicated liaison for all parent correspondence, coordination, and outreach — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, streamline follow-up, and minimize manual overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible processes — success in this role demands discernment, sophistication, and relational acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental sign-offs or dependent on others for execution.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the family's trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience shepherding multi-phase journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI tooling, automation frameworks, and workflow sequencing.
  • Established ability to execute details impeccably — including record-keeping, follow-through, and CRM discipline.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.
