Admissions Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

This role isn't about selling a product. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they'll make.

Alpha's students complete core academics in two hours daily via AI-powered platforms, then devote the remainder of their day to real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. With 25 new campuses planned by the close of 2025, each launch begins with a single touchpoint—the admissions experience. You'll be the architect of that experience.

This is a bespoke, concierge-level process designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional workflow or scripted exchange. You will shepherd the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families, from initial inquiry through final handoff, maintaining elevated service standards throughout. You'll assess incoming leads, advise families during their decision process, and deploy AI capabilities to eliminate administrative overhead—freeing you to concentrate on connection, conversion, and credibility.

If you're seeking a position where premium service converges with rapid execution—and where AI is embedded as principle, not parlance—submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and ongoing touchpoints—ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to rank priorities, streamline communications, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following templates or inflexible procedures—this position demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays—you won't be constrained by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others for momentum.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the family's trusted advisor from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-engagement capacity with quantifiable conversion results (such as admissions, high-end sales, major gifts, executive talent acquisition).
  • Documented success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with poise and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and managing end-to-end journeys from prospect to enrollment.
  • Confirmed ease with AI technologies, automation systems, and task prioritization frameworks.
  • Consistent ability to execute details without error—including record-keeping, follow-through, and CRM accuracy.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa support.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to education innovation.
