Description

This role is not about marketing a school. It's about building trust with families at the center of one of the most consequential decisions they'll ever make.

Alpha students complete core academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical skills: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each one begins with a single point of contact: the admissions process. You will own that process.

This is a high-touch, concierge-level experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a volume-driven workflow or transactional call script. You will oversee the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families, from initial inquiry to enrollment handoff, providing executive-grade service throughout. You'll assess inbound interest, support families through their evaluation process, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on outcomes: trust-building, relationships, and enrollment.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the end-to-end admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating incoming inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent outreach, coordination, and follow-through — maintaining a concierge standard of service regardless of enrollment decision.
  • Utilizing AI-driven tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate routine communications, and minimize manual overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approval chains or passive coordination.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the authoritative contact from introduction through completion.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-driven role with quantifiable conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience shepherding multi-phase processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Confirmed ability to integrate AI tools, automation, and intelligent workflow management into daily operations.
  • Established capability to maintain flawless execution across documentation, follow-up cadences, and CRM accuracy.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
