Traditional schools place high-potential students in classrooms designed around average performance.

Alpha operates differently: we enable student-driven learning that accelerates at the rate of each individual's capability, not the constraints of standardized curriculum.

Your role will not involve managing 30 students or adhering to district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll guide small cohorts of self-motivated learners who are ready to progress faster, explore more deeply, and take ownership of their academic journey. If you've achieved success through non-traditional routes—such as competitive achievement, athletic excellence, business ventures, or creative endeavors—and understand how to translate ambition into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your background to accelerate student growth.

Teaching certification is not required. Exceptional performance is.

Shape excellence. Build capacity. Apply today.
