What you will be doing
- Engaging and mentoring students through consistent, one-on-one and small-group interactions—coaching, not lecturing
- Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to personalize learning experiences for each student
- Facilitating workshops on leadership, life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
- Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via individualized development plans
- Providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas to refine and advance Alpha's educational model
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL or Santa Barbara, CA
