Traditional schooling confines exceptional students to lecture-based environments calibrated for the average learner.

Alpha operates differently: we facilitate student-driven learning that advances at the rate of individual capability rather than standardized curriculum timelines.

Your role will not involve overseeing 30-student classrooms or implementing district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll mentor small cohorts of self-motivated students seeking accelerated progress, deeper exploration, and genuine ownership of their learning journey. If your success has come through non-traditional channels—competitive achievement, athletic excellence, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative discipline—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position allows you to translate that expertise into student growth.

Teaching credentials are not required. Proven high performance is essential.

Mentor excellence. Shape trajectories. Submit your application.
