What you will be doing
- Motivating and mentoring students through direct, daily engagement—no lectures, just powerful peer-level coaching
- Using adaptive learning tech and AI platforms to help each student learn at their own pace
- Leading small-group workshops focused on life skills, leadership, and real-world success strategies
- Helping students discover their strengths and expand their ambitions through personalized growth planning
- Contributing to the ongoing innovation of Alpha's learning model with data, insights, and bold ideas
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering scripted lectures, grading worksheets, or managing behavior in a traditional classroom
- Acting as a tutor, babysitter, or homework helper—this isn't remedial support
- Operating inside a rigid system with little room for initiative or creative input
- Ignoring technology—our approach is built on using the best tools to fuel growth, not replace it

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated record of high performance (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
- Experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL; New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA
