Student Learning Coach   $120,000 USD/year

  • $120,000 annual salary, paid weekly. Full health, dental, and vision coverage from day one
  • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Traditional schools often confine high-potential students to lecture-based classrooms built for the average learner.

Alpha is designed differently: we enable student-driven learning that progresses at the rate of each individual's capability, not the limitations of a standardized curriculum.

You won't be overseeing rows of desks or adhering to mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll coach small cohorts of driven students eager to accelerate their learning, deepen their understanding, and take ownership of their educational journey. If your own success came through unconventional routes—competitive achievement, athletics, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to translate ambition into measurable outcomes, this position allows you to turn that expertise into student impact.

Teaching credential not necessary. Demonstrated excellence required.
