Most traditional schools confine exceptional students to lecture-based classrooms built for the median learner.

Alpha takes a different approach: we enable student-driven learning that progresses at the rate of capability, not the constraints of standardized curriculum.

You won't oversee 30 students in rows or execute district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll guide small cohorts of self-motivated learners who are eager to accelerate, explore deeply, and take ownership of their educational journey. If your success came through non-traditional routes—competitive arenas, athletics, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to convert ambition into achievement, this position allows you to translate that experience into student outcomes.

Teaching credentials not necessary. Exceptional performance is.

Mentor excellence. Shape futures. Submit your application today.

  • Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via tailored growth plans
  • Informing continuous improvement of Alpha's educational model through data analysis, observations, and innovative thinking
