What you will be doing
- Engaging and inspiring students through consistent, one-on-one and small-group interaction—no traditional lectures, only high-impact coaching
- Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to personalize learning velocity for each student
- Facilitating focused workshops on leadership, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
- Supporting students in identifying their unique strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development plans
- Shaping the evolution of Alpha's educational approach by sharing observations, data, and innovative recommendations
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Verifiable track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or instructional roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site in Miami, FL or Santa Barbara, CA
