You won't oversee rows of desks or deliver standardized lesson plans. Instead, you'll mentor small cohorts of driven students eager to advance faster, explore deeper, and take ownership of their academic journey. What you will be doing
- Engaging and inspiring students through consistent, one-on-one and peer-level daily interaction
- Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating small-group sessions on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
- Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development plans
- Actively participating in the evolution of Alpha's educational model by providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas

Candidate requirements
- Availability to work onsite at one of these locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competition results, etc.)
- 3 years of hands-on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
