As a Student Learning Coach, you'll ignite curiosity, encourage self-directed growth, and foster a mindset without boundaries. What you will be doing
- Engage with students daily, offering motivation and mentorship through dynamic, peer-level coaching—no lectures involved.
- Utilize cutting-edge adaptive learning technologies and AI to facilitate personalized student learning experiences.
- Conduct small-group workshops that emphasize life skills, leadership, and strategies for real-world triumph.
- Assist students in recognizing their strengths and broadening their aspirations through tailored growth plans.
- Drive the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational model with data-driven insights and innovative ideas.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering rote lectures, grading papers, or managing a conventional classroom environment.
- Serving as a tutor, babysitter, or homework assistant—this is not about remedial support.
- Working within a fixed system with limited opportunities for initiative or creativity.
- Overlooking technology—our method leverages top-tier tools to enhance growth, not replace it.

Candidate requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance (e.g., top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic participation, national competitions).
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or instructing K–8 students.
- Strong skills in communication and public speaking.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ready to work in-person at Miami, FL; New York City, NY; or San Francisco, CA.
