Have you ever questioned why conventional education confines gifted students to lecture-based classrooms built for the middle?

Alpha is creating something different: a student-driven model that operates at the velocity of ability rather than the rhythm of standardized curriculum.

You won't be overseeing 30 desks or adhering to district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll guide small cohorts of self-motivated learners eager to accelerate, explore deeper, and take ownership of their academic journey. If your success came through non-traditional channels (such as competitive arenas, athletics, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines) and you understand how to convert ambition into achievement, this position lets you translate that expertise into student outcomes.

Teaching certification not necessary. Exceptional performance essential.

  • Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational approach through data contribution, insight sharing, and innovative thinking
