What you will be doing
- Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional teaching, only high-impact coaching at the peer level
- Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating small-group sessions on leadership development, practical life skills, and success frameworks
- Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening aspirations via tailored growth strategies
- Shaping Alpha's evolving educational model by providing data analysis, actionable insights, and innovative thinking
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Documented high-performance achievements (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
- 3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL; New York City, NY; Santa Barbara, CA or San Francisco, CA
