What you will be doing
- Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, one-on-one engagement—no traditional lectures, only high-impact coaching at a peer level
- Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating small-group sessions centered on leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
- Supporting students in identifying their unique talents and broadening their aspirations via customized development plans
- Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational approach through data analysis, observations, and innovative thinking
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated record of high performance (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
- 3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL or Santa Barbara, CA
