Traditional schools confine high-potential students to lecture-based models designed for the average learner.

Alpha operates on a different principle: learner-driven education that scales with capability, not curriculum timelines.

Your role won't involve overseeing 30 desks or executing standardized district curricula. Instead, you'll coach compact groups of self-motivated students ready to accelerate, explore deeply, and take ownership of their learning journey. If your own success came through non-traditional channels—competitive achievement, athletics, entrepreneurship, or creative endeavors—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your experience to unlock theirs.
