Traditional schools often confine exceptionally capable students to lecture-based models built for the middle of the bell curve.

Alpha is designed around a different principle: learner-driven education that advances at the rate of each student's capacity, not the fixed rhythm of standardized curriculum.

You will not oversee rows of desks or deliver pre-scripted district lesson plans. Instead, you will coach focused groups of self-motivated learners eager to accelerate their progress, pursue deeper inquiry, and take ownership of their educational trajectory. If your own success has come from non-traditional routes—competitive arenas, athletics, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to convert ambition into achievement, this position allows you to turn that expertise into student advantage.

Teaching credentials are not required. Proven high performance is.

  • Supporting students in identifying their unique capabilities and broadening their aspirations via tailored development roadmaps
