Instead, you will guide focused cohorts of self-motivated students determined to accelerate their progress, deepen their understanding, and take ownership of their academic trajectory. What you will be doing
- Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, hands-on engagement—coaching rather than lecturing, operating as a high-performing peer
- Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating focused small-group sessions centered on practical life competencies, leadership development, and strategies for real-world achievement
- Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development roadmaps
- Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational framework through data analysis, feedback, and innovative thinking
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Documented history of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
- 3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL or Santa Barbara, CA
