What you will be doing
- Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—coaching at eye level, not lecturing from above
- Leveraging AI-powered adaptive platforms to enable individualized learning progressions
- Facilitating small-group sessions that develop leadership, life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
- Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and expanding their aspirations via tailored development plans
- Providing feedback, data, and creative input to continuously refine Alpha's educational approach
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (any discipline)
- Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top-tier academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competition results, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in coaching, mentoring, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public presentation abilities
- U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL; New York City, NY; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
