What you will be doing
- Engaging and inspiring students through consistent, direct peer-level interaction every day
- Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating small-group sessions centered on leadership, life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
- Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via customized development planning
- Shaping Alpha's evolving educational model by providing data, feedback, and innovative ideas

- Delivering instruction in core academic subjects - our technology handles that

Candidate requirements
- Ability to work on-site at one of the following locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
