What you will be doing

  • Leading inspiring family tours that showcase Alpha's innovative model and commitments to education.
  • Crafting and implementing strategic communications to engage and convert prospective families.
  • Ensuring a safe, compliant campus environment through proactive safety protocols.
  • Managing campus facilities with a focus on efficiency and readiness.
  • Utilizing data insights to optimize admissions and operational processes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Performing monotonous administrative tasks or being confined to a single department.
  • Operating under restrictive micromanagement that limits your creativity.
  • Getting bogged down by bureaucratic processes that hinder progress.
  • Being detached from the dynamic interaction with students and families.

Key responsibilities

Drive a seamless, impactful admissions process while maintaining an efficient, welcoming campus environment, ensuring Alpha's growth and commitment to families.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in admissions, engagement, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, self-management, and initiative.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn school operations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • On-site availability in Palm Beach, FL.
