Customer Support Representative   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This role requires in-person presence at one of our campuses.

If you're driven to create results rather than wait for direction, this role is designed for you. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Alpha's most recently established campuses and leave a lasting impact from the very start. You won't simply be a team member—you'll contribute to building the culture, establishing standards, and expanding with the campus as it grows.

Alpha exists not to preserve tradition, but to create something better for students and families. We need someone ready to take complete ownership of the new family enrollment experience and the operational systems that ensure our campus runs effectively.

This role goes beyond typical admissions work. You won't spend your days behind a desk generating templated emails or buried in administrative tasks. You'll conduct meaningful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and lead them through a thoughtful, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain a campus environment that is secure, compliant, and prepared to welcome students and families with assurance.

Alpha is a K–12 private school reimagining childhood education. We combine adaptive technology with expert Guides to provide personalized, mastery-based learning that equips students for life beyond testing. In this position, you'll serve as the frontline representative of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.

If you're prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to meaningful outcomes, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
  • Designing and implementing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions process.
  • Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
  • Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and repair coordination.
  • Regularly reviewing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Being limited to a narrow, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
  • Operating under rigid, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
  • Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder real progress.
  • Spending your time solely on documentation, removed from the students and families you're here to support.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver a seamless, high-impact admissions experience while ensuring a safe, operationally sound campus environment, allowing Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
  • 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Experience working with children/students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.
