Description

🌟 CAMPUS-BASED POSITION: This role requires your physical presence at one of our vibrant learning hubs.

Are you a self-starter who makes things happen without waiting for a roadmap? We're seeking a dynamic individual to help pioneer one of Alpha's newest campuses. This isn't about joining an established team—it's about becoming a founding force who shapes our culture, establishes excellence, and evolves alongside our growing community.

Alpha isn't interested in educational business-as-usual. We're revolutionizing learning for students and families, and we need someone who can masterfully manage both the warm welcome of new families and the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our campus thriving.

Forget the stereotype of admissions personnel trapped in paperwork purgatory. In this role, you'll conduct engaging campus tours, forge meaningful connections with parents, and craft personalized enrollment experiences. Simultaneously, you'll ensure our learning environment remains safe, compliant, and welcoming—a true home for educational innovation.

As a K–12 private school, Alpha harnesses adaptive technology and expert guidance to deliver education tailored to each child's unique needs, focusing on real-world readiness rather than standardized testing. You'll be the ambassador of this vision, bringing it to life for every family you encounter.

If meaningful work with rapid professional growth sounds like your ideal path, we're eager to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating compelling family tours that showcase Alpha's core commitments and build confidence in our innovative approach
  • Crafting and implementing strategic communication plans to guide prospective families through their decision journey
  • Championing and enforcing comprehensive safety protocols that visibly demonstrate our commitment to student security
  • Directing all facilities operations, from routine maintenance scheduling to vendor relationships and repair management
  • Leveraging data analytics to continuously refine both enrollment strategies and operational systems

What you will NOT be doing

  • Performing monotonous administrative tasks in isolation from our broader mission
  • Operating under constraining supervision that limits your creative problem-solving
  • Wasting time navigating unnecessary administrative hurdles
  • Processing paperwork in isolation from the families and students who give meaning to our work

Key responsibilities

Champion a frictionless, powerful admissions experience while simultaneously ensuring campus safety and operational excellence—creating the foundation that allows Alpha to expand its reach and fulfill its educational promise to families.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record in educational admissions, family engagement, or customer experience roles
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal awareness, self-direction, and proactive mindset
  • Working knowledge of or enthusiasm to master school operations
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work on-site at our Palm Beach, FL campus
