Campus Coordinator   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This role is based on-site at our Chantilly, VA campus.

At Alpha, you won't simply discuss the power of education—you'll deliver it. This position represents the intersection of enrollment growth and operational oversight: you are the individual who persuades families to choose our school and guarantees that once enrolled, their children experience a secure, efficiently managed environment.

This role differs from traditional school positions by combining admissions accountability with direct campus operations management. You will serve as the trusted voice during families' decision-making journey and the reliable force maintaining daily safety and facility standards so educators can concentrate on producing outstanding learning results.

Alpha is a rapidly expanding school where ambition is paired with discipline. Families enroll because they value our three core commitments—and they remain because every aspect of their experience, from the initial campus visit to the morning arrival routine, builds confidence. If the prospect of fueling both expansion and operational quality in a high-stakes, mission-centered setting energizes you, you will succeed here.

What you will be doing

  • Leading tailored campus visits that convert families by highlighting Alpha's distinctive commitments.
  • Supporting prospective families throughout the enrollment process with prompt, intentional, and sustained outreach.
  • Upholding daily adherence to all safeguarding standards and proactively identifying potential hazards.
  • Overseeing facilities using a preventative maintenance strategy, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious repairs.
  • Monitoring metrics related to admissions and operations to optimize methods and achieve quantifiable outcomes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing students or designing curriculum—your concentration is operational performance, not instructional content.
  • Following inflexible procedures or deferring to others for action—this position demands proactive responsibility.
  • Conducting standardized, impersonal tours or sending templated communications.
  • Working in isolation—partnership with staff, families, and service providers is essential.

Key responsibilities

Achieve higher student enrollment numbers while sustaining a secure, regulation-compliant, and efficiently operating campus that enables guides to dedicate their full attention to educational delivery.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proven background in admissions, enrollment, or a family- or student-facing capacity.
  • Superior written and spoken communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and capability to establish trust rapidly.
  • Proficiency with data monitoring and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative.
  • Availability to work in-person in Chantilly, VA.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
