Campus Coordinator   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at our Chantilly, VA campus.

At Alpha, you won't simply discuss transforming lives through education—you'll actively deliver on that promise. This position sits at the intersection of growth and operational stewardship: you are the individual who persuades families to enroll and then ensures their children experience a secure, efficiently managed learning environment.

This role differs from typical school positions by combining admissions accountability with direct campus management. You will serve as the trusted voice families hear during their enrollment journey, and the reliable presence that maintains daily safety and facility standards so educators can concentrate on producing outstanding academic results.

Alpha is a rapidly expanding school where drive meets discipline. Families enroll because they embrace our three core commitments—and they remain because every touchpoint, from the initial campus visit to morning arrival procedures, builds confidence. If you're motivated by the prospect of fueling both expansion and operational quality in a meaningful, mission-focused setting, you will excel here.

What you will be doing

  • Leading customized campus visits that persuade families by highlighting Alpha's distinctive commitments.
  • Supporting prospective families throughout the enrollment pipeline with timely, considerate, and consistent outreach.
  • Upholding daily adherence to all safety and safeguarding standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Overseeing facilities through a preventative maintenance lens, liaising with vendors, and securing cost-efficient, timely service.
  • Monitoring metrics across enrollment and operations to optimize strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing students or designing lesson plans—your mandate is operational performance, not curriculum.
  • Following inflexible procedures or deferring decisions—this position demands proactive accountability.
  • Conducting standardized, scripted tours or sending templated correspondence.
  • Working independently without input—cross-functional collaboration with staff, families, and external partners is essential.

Key responsibilities

Drive growth in student enrollment while sustaining a secure, regulation-compliant, and efficiently operating campus that enables educators to devote their full attention to achieving superior learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proven background in admissions, enrollment, or a client-facing capacity working with families or students.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish trust rapidly.
  • Proficiency with data monitoring and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative.
  • Availability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
