$75,000 USD/year ^{Pay is set based on global value, not the local market. Most roles = hourly rate x 40 hrs x 50 weeks}  ($37.5 USD/hour)

• Leading personalized campus tours that highlight Alpha’s unique values and commitments to prospective families.
• Engaging and nurturing families through the admissions process with strategic, empathetic communication.
• Ensuring the campus operates safely and efficiently by adhering to safeguarding protocols and managing facilities proactively.
• Coordinating with vendors for timely and cost-effective repairs, enhancing campus operations.
• Utilizing data to continuously improve admissions strategies and operational outcomes.

• Engaging in teaching duties or curriculum development—your role is centered on operational leadership.
• Following inflexible procedures or waiting for directives—this position requires initiative and proactive management.
• Delivering uninspired, scripted communication or tours.
• Working in isolation—collaboration is essential with all stakeholders, including staff, parents, and vendors.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, or customer-facing roles with families or students.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to establish trust quickly.
• Proficiency in data tracking and analysis.
• Self-motivated and independent with strong initiative.
• Commitment to working on-site in Chantilly, VA.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Experience in educational environments or familiarity with school operations.
