You are the individual who ensures everything functions seamlessly. In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities encompass community engagement, campus security, facility and logistical management, and daily technology administration. At any given time, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technical device problem, integrating a new team member, or responding to a parent inquiry. You are not merely maintaining operations—you are building institutional trust.

What you will be doing
- Acting as a key contact point for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety functions, including entry management, health event handling, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions including attendance management, facility oversight, transit arrangements, and administrative operations
- Assisting with orientation and instruction for new personnel to facilitate seamless integration into campus workflows
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical coordinator and Google Administrator

- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic teaching
- Mentoring Guides or directing curricular design
- Operating within a limited, single-task clerical position
- Remaining stationary with uniform, routine assignments
- Redirecting issues without taking ownership or driving solutions

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Santa Barbara, CA; Malibu, CA; Boston, MA; Kirkland, WA; South Bay, CA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
