Campus Operations Coordinator   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Chantilly, VA campus.

At Alpha, you won't simply discuss transforming lives through education—you'll execute it. This position represents the intersection of enrollment growth and operational stewardship: the individual who persuades families to choose our school and guarantees that once enrolled, their children experience a secure, efficiently managed environment.

Unlike traditional school roles, this position combines admissions accountability with direct campus operations management. You'll serve as the trusted voice families hear throughout their decision journey, and the reliable force maintaining daily safety and facility standards so educators can concentrate on producing outstanding learning results.

Alpha is a rapidly expanding school where aspiration meets organization. Families enroll because they trust our three core commitments—and they remain because every element of their experience, from the initial campus visit to the morning arrival routine, builds confidence. If you're energized by the prospect of fueling both expansion and operational quality in a high-stakes, purpose-driven setting, this role offers that opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Leading customized campus visits that persuade families by highlighting Alpha's distinctive commitments.
  • Cultivating prospective families throughout the enrollment pipeline with timely, intentional, and consistent outreach.
  • Guaranteeing daily adherence to all safety protocols and proactively identifying potential vulnerabilities.
  • Overseeing facilities using a preventative mindset, coordinating service providers, and ensuring economical, timely maintenance.
  • Monitoring metrics across enrollment and operations to optimize strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing students or designing coursework—your concentration is operational performance, not academic content.
  • Following inflexible procedures or relying on others to initiate action—this position demands proactive accountability.
  • Conducting standardized, rehearsed tours or templated correspondence.
  • Working in isolation—partnership with staff, families, and contractors is fundamental.

Key responsibilities

Generate increased student enrollment while sustaining a secure, compliant, and efficiently operated campus setting that enables the guides to concentrate exclusively on producing educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proven experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a family-facing role involving students or parents.
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish trust rapidly.
  • Proficiency with data monitoring and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative.
  • Commitment to working on-site in Chantilly, VA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
