This role focuses entirely on motivating students—not on grading assignments, managing classroom behavior, or following preset curriculum scripts.
Novatio School has redesigned traditional education from the ground up, placing creativity, confidence, and curiosity at its core. Students complete their academic requirements in just two concentrated morning hours using an AI-powered platform. The afternoons are dedicated to something far more engaging: immersive, hands-on workshops built to develop real-world capabilities and broaden students' sense of what's achievable.
Instead of delivering conventional instruction, you'll serve as the kind of mentor every young person needs—someone who encourages them consistently and guides them in building critical life skills through interactive, project-driven workshops.
This position is not about overseeing a standard virtual classroom—it's about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students as they pursue their objectives, and supporting them in recognizing their full potential. What you will be doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops designed to build life skills such as collaboration, effective communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative self-expression
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, experiential learning methods
- Establishing a welcoming, dynamic virtual environment where students feel empowered to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning analytics and student data to customize support and motivation for each individual
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultural backgrounds to provide a compelling, adaptable learning experience
What you will NOT be doing
- Instructing traditional academic subjects (these are managed by our AI tutors)
- Adhering to a fixed timetable or instructional framework
- Conducting lecture-based, one-way learning sessions
Key responsibilities
Motivate students globally to develop into capable problem-solvers by facilitating immersive life-skills workshops within a virtual-first, adaptable school setting.
Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Confident virtual presence; at ease leading sessions via video
- Available to start by the end of July
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish (especially valuable for our immersion track)
- Prior experience facilitating bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Experience with project-based learning, creative education models, or alternative school environments
