This role centers entirely on motivating students—not on grading assignments, managing classroom behavior, or following scripted curriculum.

Students complete their academic learning in just two concentrated hours each morning using an AI-powered platform. The afternoons are reserved for what truly matters: immersive workshops that build real-world skills and broaden students' sense of what's achievable.
Instead of teaching traditional lessons, you'll serve as the mentor every student needs—someone who inspires them daily and cultivates essential life skills through engaging, project-driven workshops.
This position is not about running a conventional virtual classroom—it's about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students toward meaningful goals, and helping them uncover their true potential. If you're ready to redefine what "teaching" can be, we're eager to connect with you.
What you will be doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops that develop life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, hands-on learning methods
- Building a supportive, energized virtual environment where students feel encouraged to explore and develop
- Leveraging learning data and insights to customize support and motivation for each student
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning experience
What you will NOT be doing
- Instructing core academic subjects (these are managed by our AI tutors)
- Adhering to a fixed schedule or instructional framework
- Conducting lecture-based, passive learning sessions

Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Ready to begin by the end of July

- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
