What you will be doing

  • Facilitating engaging virtual workshops that enhance life skills such as teamwork, communication, and innovation.
  • Guiding students through experiential learning tracks with hands-on projects.
  • Fostering an energetic online environment that encourages experimentation and growth.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to provide personalized support to each student.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of educators to create a dynamic and adaptable learning experience.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing core academics—our AI tutors handle those.
  • Adhering to a fixed schedule or outdated teaching methods.
  • Conducting monotonous, lecture-based sessions.

Key responsibilities

Empower students globally to become adept problem-solvers by directing immersive life-skills workshops in a flexible, virtual-first learning environment.

Candidate requirements

  • Possess a valid teaching certificate from any US state.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students, preferably in Grades 4–8.
  • Strong virtual communication skills; proficient in leading video-based sessions.
  • Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Arizona time).
  • Prepared to start within 2-3 weeks.
  • Passionate about working in a tech-savvy, student-focused educational setting.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish, especially beneficial for our immersion programs.
  • Experience in conducting bilingual workshops or enrichment activities.
  • Background in project-based learning, creative education, or non-traditional schooling approaches.
