Your primary responsibility will be motivating students—not managing paperwork, enforcing rules, or following rigid lesson plans.

Students complete their academic work in just two concentrated hours each morning using an AI-driven learning platform. The afternoon is dedicated to what truly matters: immersive, hands-on workshops that build real-world capabilities and broaden their sense of what's achievable.
Instead of traditional instruction, you'll serve as the mentor every learner needs—someone who encourages them each day and develops essential life competencies through engaging, experiential workshops.
This position is not about overseeing a conventional virtual classroom—it's about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students as they pursue their objectives, and helping them uncover their full potential. If you're ready to redefine the meaning of "teaching," we're eager to connect with you.
What you will be doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on building life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression
- Guiding students through immersion tracks via project-based, hands-on learning experiences
- Cultivating an energetic, supportive virtual environment where students feel empowered to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning data and student insights to personalize support and motivational strategies for each individual
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning experience
What you will NOT be doing
- Instructing traditional academic subjects (our AI tutors manage those)
- Adhering to a fixed schedule or instructional framework
- Conducting lecture-based, passive classroom sessions
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
- Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
- Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school
Nice to have
- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
