What you will be doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops that build skills such as teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression.
- Guiding students through immersive, hands-on projects in their learning tracks.
- Creating an inspiring and safe online environment where students are encouraged to explore and grow.
- Utilizing data and insights to provide personalized support and motivation to each student.
- Working with educators from diverse backgrounds and time zones to create an adaptable and captivating learning experience.
What you will NOT be doing
- Teaching traditional academic subjects (these are managed by our AI tutors).
- Adhering to a strict schedule or teaching method.
- Conducting passive, lecture-based learning sessions.
Key responsibilities
Encourage students globally to become assured problem-solvers by leading dynamic life-skills workshops in a virtual-first, adaptable school setting.
Candidate requirements
- Possess a valid US teaching certificate from any state.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (preferably Grades 4–8).
- Strong virtual presence and comfortable leading through video platforms.
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Arizona time).
- Ready to start within 2-3 weeks.
- Enthusiastic about working in a tech-savvy, student-focused school.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish (greatly beneficial for our immersion track).
- Experience in leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment activities.
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schooling methods.
